  • Absolutely! Pilates is suitable for all fitness levels, including beginners.

    The Technique and Foundation classes are the perfect starting point to learn proper form and understand the basics, proper alignment and pilates principles.

  • Consistency is key to feeling and looking stronger and more confident.

    Weekly schedules with 3 planned workouts make it easy to stay on track. You can regress to 2 sessions if / when you need to or add in extra such as, technique sessions to refresh the form.
